Enjoy free shipping on all orders over €249. All orders placed on eu.DenaliElectronics.com will be fulfilled by Vision X Europe from their warehouses in Genval, Belgium.

When will my stuff ship?
We ship Monday - Friday. Orders for in-stock items will usually leave the warehouse on the next shipping day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship the following Monday.

Once shipped, when will my stuff arrive?
We ship via multiple carriers (UPS, TNT, DPD, & GLS). Once your order has shipped you will receive tracking information via email. 

Do you send orders "signature required"?
Due to the increasing frequency of packages being stolen from customers' doorsteps after delivery, we automatically ship orders over €750 "signature required".  If you choose not to have your order delivered signature required and your package is stolen after delivery, we can provide proof of delivery so that you can recover funds from your credit card company if it offers theft protection, but we cannot refund the order.
